1. Cancellation Policy

• • Advanced Courses: Once you have purchased an Advanced Course, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of the transaction, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

  • Professional Paid Services: For services like YouTube Channel Setup, SEO, or Promotion, cancellation is only possible before the project research or work has commenced. Once the work starts, the service cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy for Advanced Courses

• • We offer a 7-day refund window for our Advanced Courses.

  • Conditions for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 20% of the course materials (videos/PDFs).

  • No Refund: After 7 days of purchase or if more than 20% of the course has been consumed, no refund requests will be entertained.

3. Refund Policy for Professional Paid Services

• • YouTube Setup & SEO: These services involve manual labor and professional time. Therefore, once the service is delivered or the setup process has begun, no refunds will be issued.

  • Non-Performance: If we are unable to initiate the service within the promised timeline due to internal technical issues, a full refund will be processed.

4. Free Courses

• • Since Free Courses do not involve any monetary transaction, there is no refund or cancellation applicable. Access to these courses can be revoked at our discretion if terms of use are violated.

5. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days (as per standard banking procedures).

  • Transaction Charges: Please note that any payment gateway convenience fees or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
